Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical & Electrical
Quantity Surveyor (QS – M&E) needed to work with a top international consulting firm for design, engineering, and project management specialising in infrastructure, transportation, energy, and defence.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing financial and contractual aspects of mechanical and electrical processes, including cost control, subcontractor procurement, preparing bills of quantities, valuing work, and handling final accounts.
- Working closely with Project Managers, liaising with clients and contractors to ensure processes align with project deliverables on time and within budgets.
Key Requirements
- NEC experience is essential.
- Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS).
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects.
- Preferably have experience within Oil & Gas.
Employment type: Contract
