Overview
A Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical & Electrical is needed to work with a top international consulting firm for design, engineering, and project management. The firm specializes in infrastructure, transportation, energy, and defence.
Responsibilities
- Manage the financial and contractual aspects of mechanical and electrical processes on the project.
- Cost control and subcontractor procurement.
- Prepare bills of quantities, value work, and handle final accounts.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, liaise with clients and contractors, and ensure processes align with project deliverables, on time and within budget.
Key Requirements
- NEC experience is essential.
- Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS).
- Thorough understanding and knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects.
- Experience in Oil & Gas is preferred.
