Role Overview
We are seeking degree-qualified Quantity Surveyors with a minimum of 2 years' experience to support high-volume, lower-value works (typically up to £3-4m) within a complex, operational environment. The role will involve end-to-end commercial and contract administration, managing multiple work packages in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer NEC contracts from initiation through to close-out.
- Manage commercial aspects of multiple concurrent work packages.
- Draft, manage, and run tenders.
- Support cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Work closely with delivery teams and external stakeholders.
Experience Required
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
- Experience managing high-volume, lower-value projects
- Ability to operate effectively within complex stakeholder environments
- Airport or aviation experience is desirable
