Role Overview

We are seeking degree-qualified Quantity Surveyors with a minimum of 2 years' experience to support high-volume, lower-value works (typically up to £3-4m) within a complex, operational environment. The role will involve end-to-end commercial and contract administration, managing multiple work packages in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer NEC contracts from initiation through to close-out.
  • Manage commercial aspects of multiple concurrent work packages.
  • Draft, manage, and run tenders.
  • Support cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Work closely with delivery teams and external stakeholders.

Experience Required

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
  • Experience managing high-volume, lower-value projects
  • Ability to operate effectively within complex stakeholder environments
  • Airport or aviation experience is desirable
