O iO Associates is working with a growing technology consultancy supporting complex, business-critical systems across regulated environments, including healthcare. They are looking to hire an IT Support Service Analyst to join their expanding support and operations team.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting the stability and performance of core platforms used by external clients, alongside providing internal IT support to colleagues. You will work closely with senior support, engineering, and infrastructure teams, gaining hands-on exposure to complex environments.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Providing L1/L2 technical support across applications, systems, and integrations
- Monitoring, triaging, and resolving incidents in line with SLAs and ITIL processes
- Troubleshooting system, interface, and performance issues
- Supporting internal IT, including laptops, desktops, and user access
- Maintaining clear documentation and communicating effectively with stakeholders
- Participating in an out-of-hours support rota (with training and support provided)
What They Are Looking For
- 2-5+ years' experience in an IT support / service desk / application support role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID and Microsoft admin portals
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and proxies
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux
- Experience working with ITSM tools (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, etc.)
- Confident communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Experience working within NHS integration environments, with exposure to integration engines such as InterSystems, Rhapsody or Mirth (desirable).
