Role Overview
We are hiring a Cloud DevOps Lead to drive cloud and DevOps initiatives as the platform continues to scale. This is a leadershipâfocused, handsâon role responsible for shaping cloud operations, improving automation, and embedding best practices across teams. You will play a key role in modernising infrastructure while mentoring engineers and influencing how DevOps is done across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
- Improve automation, workflows, and deployment processes
- Ensure platform performance, reliability, and scalability
- Mentor engineers and promote knowledge sharing
- Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies

Required Experience
- Proven experience in DevOps or cloud engineering roles

- Handsâon use of IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible
