This role will lead the design and deployment of advanced machine learning solutions focused on personalisation, predictive modelling and profitability optimisation across a global customer base.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of ML-driven data science solutions
- Build predictive models, segmentation and recommendation systems
- Analyse large, multi-source datasets to drive commercial insight
- Partner with cross-functional teams to scope, test and deploy models
- Present insights to senior stakeholders and influence business strategy
Requirements
- Degree in a quantitative discipline (BSc/MSc/PhD)
- Strong experience in data science with exposure to personalisation or recommender systems
- Proven leadership across full project lifecycle
- Advanced experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Strong Python, SQL and distributed data processing (e.g. PySpark) skills
- Confident communicator with strong commercial acumen
