This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to blend high-level administrative support with valuable exposure to business strategy and commercial operations.
This is a unique role, ideally suited to someone who is currently studying (or has recently completed) a Master\’s in Business Management, MBA or related field and who\’s keen to step into a trusted position at the heart of a growing business.
You\’ll be the go-to person for the Commercial Director, ensuring their time is spent on high-impact areas while also sitting in on senior meetings, supporting key projects, and learning how strategic decisions are made. It\’s a real springboard for someone looking to build a long-term career in commercial or operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality diary and inbox management
- Prepare reports, presentations and business documents
- Join senior-level meetings and support with note taking and follow-up actions
- Help coordinate internal projects across commercial, finance and operations
- Act as the first point of contact for the Commercial Director, both internally and externally
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
What We\’re Looking For
- Currently studying or recently completed a Master\’s or MBA (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant (desirable)
- Highly organised with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Interested in business operations, commercial growth and strategy
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and handling confidential information
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
