One of our established clients are looking for a Business Analyst to join them on a contract basis.
Business Analyst £400 - £430pd (Outside IR35) 3 months, potential to be extended
The company are a digital agency who work with global technology leaders to provide digital transformation services to a number of customers in industries including not-for-profit, financial services and the public sector.
You will work closely with the Product Manager, Service Owner and development teams, translating designs from the user experience teams into user stories. You will understand, support and promote the use of agile delivery and work to GDS standard. This is a senior role where you will use your business knowledge of the Gov sector to translate business and user needs into user stories with defined acceptance criteria for agile developers.
Responsibilities:
- Experience of working in agile software delivery teams
- Defining requirements based upon user needs as user stories
- Specifying requirements from both a business and user perspective to enable agreed changes to be implemented effectively
- Iterating a live digital service - investigating problems and analysing options
- Managing senior stakeholders
- Managing project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
- Working with digital services that have applied the GDS standard
