Role: Contracts Manager
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £38,500 - £50,000 (DOE)
Location: Hybrid - remote with travel to the office twice per week.
We are looking for an organised and commercially minded Contracts Manager to join a growing tech business that supports the healthcare sector. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being in the office in Lincolnshire at least two days a week, so you will need to be within a reasonable commute.
Responsibilities
- Managing and negotiating both supplier and customer contracts
- Acting as the primary contact for contract and procurement queries from internal teams and external partners
- Ensuring compliance with NHS frameworks, healthcare regulations, and internal procurement policies
- Developing and optimising procurement and contract lifecycle strategies to support safe, cost-effective healthcare technology solutions
Qualifications
- Procurement & contract management experience (healthcare/public sector/tech); NHS frameworks
- Experience in negotiation, drafting contracts and risk management
- Working knowledge of GDPR, ISO standards, and NHS Digital requirements
- Excellent English and Numeracy skills
- Confident negotiating and communicating with different teams
- Can manage your own workload and meet deadlines
- Great attention to detail
