We are seeking an experienced Security Cleared Senior Business Analyst to join the Technology, Strategy & Architecture division of a leading global technology and digital services organisation working with major financial institutions. This role plays a key part in delivering regulatory‑driven technology change and large‑scale transformation initiatives, ensuring business needs are translated into effective, compliant, and future‑ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyse, and manage complex regulatory and business requirements
- Create detailed analysis artefacts including process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to validate requirements and solutions
- Conduct impact assessments to identify risks, dependencies, and compliance implications
Skills Required:
- Active Security Clearance (SC)
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and management
- Proven background in regulatory or compliance‑driven transformation projects
- Expertise in process mapping, gap analysis, and BA techniques (use cases, data models, wireframes)
- Full software development lifecycle understanding
