Lead FEM Engineer is required for a leading global aerospace organisation renowned for shaping the future of commercial and military aviation. The company drives innovation, engineering excellence, and sustainable technologies across its international operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality structural analysis using Finite Element Methods (FEM) to support design, verification, and certification activities across complex aircraft structures.
- Perform detailed Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on aircraft structural components, developing, reviewing, and validating FEM models in line with established aerospace standards and internal processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- FEM Signature Delegation Approval level required
- Wing structure experience
- Strong FEM capability on other aircraft structures
- Hands-on experience with Nastran and/or HyperMesh
- Strong understanding of aerospace structural analysis and FEM best practices
