Electrical Design Engineer is required for a leading global aerospace organisation renowned for shaping the future of commercial and military aviation. The company drives innovation, engineering excellence, and sustainable technologies across its international operations.

Location: Filton, UK (hybrid). Contract: 12-month contract (extension possible). Rate: Up to £43 per hour Inside IR35.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, model, and implement electrical systems for projects across various industries.
  • Utilise CAD (2D & 3D) and electrical/system modelling to deliver safe, efficient, and standards-compliant installations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in CAD software (2D & 3D), with strong 3D modelling skills.
  • Experience in Catia for 3D electrical modelling is a plus.
  • Experience from Automotive or Aerospace industry preferred.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems installation and modelling.
  • Ability to visualize and implement complex electrical layouts in 3D space.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.

Additional Information: The company cannot provide sponsorship, so only candidates with the existing right to work in the UK will be considered for this role.
