Role Summary

Our Client is seeking a talented BIM Manager / Coordinator to join their dynamic Digital Engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the implementation and delivery of Building Information Modelling (BIM) across a range of projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of digital workflows, ultimately enhancing design quality and project efficiency. Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and implementation of BIM processes across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Develop, manage, and maintain project‑specific BIM Execution Plans in compliance with industry standards.
• Provide guidance and support to design teams in the use of digital tools and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of coordinated models and data.
• Monitor model quality, clash detection, and data integrity throughout project lifecycles.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and adopt emerging technologies in digital engineering.
• Deliver training and mentoring to enhance team members\’ BIM capabilities.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to meet BIM deliverables and contractual requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a BIM Coordinator or Manager role within the AEC industry.
• Proficiency in tools such as Solibri and ACC, with knowledge of Revit and Civil 3D.
• Solid understanding of ISO 19650 standards and associated documentation.
• Experience managing federated models, clash detection processes, and data validation.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDEs) and structured data management.
• Knowledge of software interoperability and openBIM principles.
• Experience in mentoring or training others in BIM processes.
• Qualifications in architectural technology, engineering, or digital construction, with BIM certifications advantageous.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Additional certifications or training in BIM.
• Experience with emerging technologies in digital construction.
• Knowledge of advanced BIM applications for project optimization.
