We’re working with a well-established organisation in Bicester to hire a permanent IT Support Engineer who will provide hands-on support across desktop, mobile, and Microsoft 365 environments. You’ll play a key role in troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, and ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and running efficiently across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st/2nd line support across hardware, software, and M365
- Configure and support laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
