Join a highly trusted National Security partner delivering mission-critical Android platform solutions that play a vital role in keeping the UK safe, secure, and prosperous. This isn’t consumer app development. There are no app stores, no ads, no monetisation pressure - just robust, low-level engineering that supports real operational outcomes. You’ll be solving problems where off-the-shelf answers don’t exist, working on bespoke platforms built for long-term national programmes.
What you’ll be working on:
- Deep Android and Linux platform engineering
- Cutting-edge work across Android, Linux, AI/Data Science, Cyber, Cloud, DevOps/SRE, and Platform Engineering
- Modern frameworks and long-term, high-impact programmes
- Collaborative development across the full Android stack
What we’re looking for:
- Experience or exposure to Android or Linux internals
- Strong development skills in C, C++, Java and/or Kotlin
- A curious, analytical mindset and enjoyment of complex technical challenges
- Eligibility for SC clearance and willingness to undergo DV clearance
