Hours : Full-time, 40 hours per week (8:30am–5:00pm or 9:00am–5:30pm) Reports to: Finance Director Department: Commercial & Supply Chain About the Role: This role is central to driving profitable growth by ensuring commercial pricing strategies are optimized, margin performance is understood and improved, demand is accurately forecasted, and business-critical activities are delivered on time. The Commercial Planning Manager will provide data-driven insights, coordinate planning processes, and align cross-functional teams to support operational and financial objectives. Responsibilities Develop and manage pricing strategies across product lines to maximize profitability. Conduct margin analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align pricing with business goals. Monitor competitor pricing and market dynamics to inform decisions. Lead the monthly demand planning process, ensuring accurate forecasting across SKUs and channels. Partner with Sales and Supply Chain to ensure alignment between forecast and supply. Clear understanding of supply constraints & supplementary costs (MOQ’s and surcharges). Work with Operations on inventory planning to enhance selling opportunities and retain the brand\'s premium position. Analyse historical sales, promotions, and seasonality to refine forecast accuracy. Deliver actionable insights using data visualization tools and advanced analytics. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for key commercial KPIs. Support budgeting and commercial planning cycles with robust data analysis. Manage the critical path from product development through to launch, ensuring timelines are met. Collaborate with marketing/product to develop seasonal line plans with alignment to commercial and brand goals. Facilitate our Go To Market (GTM) process including chair at milestone meetings. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Supply Chain, Marketing) to identify bottlenecks and mitigate delays. Facilitate weekly/monthly reviews of critical milestones and risks. Key Skills & Experience Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing and margin analysis. Proven experience in demand planning or supply chain planning within a fast-paced environment. Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) desirable. Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Highly collaborative with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
