This is a hands-on creative role for a mid-level videographer who’s ready to level up their career in a fast-paced, ambitious, and genuinely fun team environment.
The Role
You’ll be creating high-quality social-first and branded short-form content across a variety of industries. Working closely with our directors, editors, and social teams, you’ll bring briefs to life with creativity, technical skill, and a genuine understanding of what performs online.
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality content for social, ads, and branded campaigns
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts and storyboards
- Edit engaging short- and long-form video content (TikTok, IG, YouTube)
- Confidently direct on-set talent and manage shoots
- Work alongside editors and producers to keep projects on schedule
- Support pre-production: storyboarding, sourcing talent, and location planning
- Handle gear prep, shoot logistics, and media backup
- Maintain attention to pacing, framing, sound, and storytelling
- Stay up to date with social content trends and visual styles
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional filming and editing experience
- Strong Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects skills
- Experience shooting with Sony cameras (FX3, A7Siii, A7iii)
- Understanding of lighting and audio for interviews and run-and-gun setups
- Confident self-shooter and on-location director
- Solid understanding of social platform formats and what performs
- Passion for storytelling that drives results
- Strong creative and problem-solving mindset
- Full UK driver’s licence
