INOV8 Studios is a performance-first content and social agency working with global brands in SaaS, Tech, Automotive, and Lifestyle. From viral TikToks to paid ads that drive revenue, we specialise in content that gets seen and delivers results.
Your Role:
We’re looking for a confident, creative and organised Social Media Executive to help assist with and grow multiple client accounts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta and YouTube. Including our own socials, which will be a core focus, and something you can own.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and publish content across 3–5 client channels
- Adapt visual style and tone-of-voice per brand
- Use CapCut or Adobe Editing Suite to create lo‑fi content
- Lead inbound and outbound community management
- Track content performance weekly and flag trends or insights
- Research trends and support with light scripting/ideation
- Liaise with editors and creators to keep deadlines on track
- Use AI tools and schedulers to streamline your workflow
What you’ll need to be considered:
- 1–2+ years of experience in a social media/content role
- Strong Canva skills, you can design from scratch or adapt per the brief
- A solid grip on IG, TikTok, LinkedIn best practices (what works, what flops)
- Understanding of how to structure Hooks and retention‑based content.
- Experience building or managing engaged brand communities
- Great copywriting instincts, especially when writing in different brand voices
- Detail‑obsessed and genuinely interested in social trends and content
Brownie points if you have:
- Experience using Meta Suite, Later, Sprout or similar tools
- Background in content‑first or performance marketing agencies or progressive brands.
- Visual design background or strong eye for branding and layout
