What You’ll Be Doing

  • Electrical work – lighting, sockets, and fault‑finding including upgrades and small project work
  • Maintaining air handling equipment (filters, belts, pulleys)
  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on plant and building systems
  • Operating and maintaining steam systems (including high‑pressure boilers and fittings)
  • Maintaining hot and cold water systems, pumps, and chemical dosing systems
  • Working with BMS (Trend Vision) systems, valves, actuators, and motor controllers
  • Servicing drainage and effluent systems
  • Occasionally working on DALI computerised lighting systems

About You

  • Has experience in on‑site maintenance (electrical or mechanical bias)
  • Ideally completed an electrical apprenticeship or holds up‑to‑date electrical installation regs (mechanical qualifications also considered)
  • Is confident using a computer or maintenance software (CAFM experience is a plus)
  • Enjoys taking ownership of work and finding solutions independently
  • Can adapt when priorities change – flexibility is key here
  • Works well as part of a supportive team and helps others when needed
  • Has a good understanding of safe working practices and health & safety
