Working with a leading provider of Temporary Works Solutions for above & below ground Construction. Responsible for leading two busy Operational Depots in the North West & Yorkshire, as well as working alongside the Commercial Teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading two busy Operational & Sales Depots in the North West & Yorkshire.
- Working alongside the Commercial Teams to lead the growth of the existing businesses and establishing new opportunities.
- Managing multiple Teams across 2 Depots; you will travel twice weekly in order to ensure that key day to day activities are executed to the highest level.
- Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will work autonomously ensuring the business expectations are met.
- Performance manage your operational and sales teams, ensuring individual development and longer term succession planning.

- Proven track record of business management within the Construction / Construction Hire Services sectors.
- Depot Operational / Logistics people management.
- Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Capable of engaging effectively at all levels within the business and wider construction industry.
