Temporary Works Design for Steel Frame Projects:

  • Design of temporary works solutions for:
    • Temporary Stability of Steel Framed Structures
    • Temporary Bracing
  • Site visits to assess Temporary Works Requirements and assist Project and Construction teams as required
  • Check calculations produced by others to ensure compliance with project requirements

Requirements:

  • Structural or Civil Engineering Degree level education
  • Temporary Works Design related to steel structure
  • Experience in member and connection design
  • Detailed understanding of engineering principles
  • Awareness of the requirements of the CDM regulations relating to structural design
