Engineering Trainer – Leeds / Rugby, UK Role & Responsibilities: Assist and support the business to provide and manage training material and a competency management programme Develop a structured, methodised and evidence-based competency testing programme Understand the company Engineering strategy Provide e-learning module options for all training programmes Work closely with the National Technical Manager to ensure consistent, efficient working practices Develop relationships with the Technical offices and managers to promote development of Technical staff Representing the National Engineering Team to collaborate with and support other departments and functions across the UK and beyond Essential: HNC Minimum in a Construction related subject: Civil Engineering etc. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge in all aspects of AutoCAD & REVIT Proven ability to present to groups Good working experience of Frame Analysis programs Good understanding of relevant European and British Standards applicable to Formwork systems is desirable Awareness of requirements for CDM compliance
