Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the Scaffolding Logistics teams across multiple yards nationally.
• Managing 2 direct reports – Material Manager and Labour Resource Manager.
• Overall Operations responsibility including Manpower, Transportation, Warehousing & Inventory Management.
• Focus on efficiency, safety and process improvement.

Essentials

• Previous experience of working in a fast-moving plant and equipment rental business is essential.
• Proven experience managing manpower, transport, logistics and equipment across multiple locations.
• Previous experience of managing a large operations team within a construction equipment business.
• Experience of managing multi-disciplined teams.
