We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ERP Solution Architect to join our delivery team. As an Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading implementations to our top clients. You will provide thought leadership, team leadership, business and functional expertise on the Oracle ERP Cloud solutions to both the client and internal functional resources.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes, system integration, and technical specifications and ensuring all documentation is of the highest standard. The ERP Solution Architect will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, provide guidance on best practices, and develop tailored solutions that maximize the value of our customers' ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of ERP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- System Architecture: Develop detailed system architectures and roadmaps, incorporating industry standards and best practices to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, functional teams, and IT to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Customization & Integration: Oversee the customization of ERP software to meet specific business needs and ensure smooth integration with other enterprise applications (CRM, BI tools, etc.).
- ERP Best Practices: Recommend and implement best practices for ERP configuration, governance, data migration, and testing.
- Technical Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to other team members, guiding the ERP development and implementation process.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on ERP industry trends and technology advancements, advising on opportunities for system improvements and upgrades to both client and functional teams.
Required Qualification:
- In-depth knowledge of ERP modules (finance, HR, supply chain, etc.) and their integration.
- Minimum 3 Cloud Implementations.
- 5+ years of experience as an ERP Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of ERP systems.
- Strong experience in system integration, database management, and cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in ERP implementation methodologies and project management.
- Solid understanding of business processes across various functions such as finance, manufacturing, logistics, and sales.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Construction Experience a plus but not essential.
