About Ino Creative

Ino Creative is a fast-growing jewellery manufacturing house offering end-to-end production under one roof — from CAD design, 3D printing, and casting through to mounting, setting, laser engraving, and finishing. We work with independent designers, established brands, and trade clients across the UK, combining traditional craftsmanship with the latest manufacturing technology.

The Role

This is a hands-on production co-ordination role at the heart of our workshop. You will be the link between our clients and our production floor — managing jobs through every stage of manufacture, keeping timelines on track, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You will need a solid understanding of jewellery design and manufacturing processes. This isn’t about learning from scratch — we need someone who already speaks the language of the trade and can hold confident, knowledgeable conversations with clients about their pieces.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing production jobs from intake to delivery using our in-house ERP system, ensuring every piece moves through the pipeline on time.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients — understanding their requirements, providing updates, and delivering a level of service that keeps them coming back.
  • Reviewing and analysing CAD files in Rhino 3D to check feasibility and flag issues before production begins.
  • Co-ordinating across our CAD, casting, mounting, setting, and finishing teams to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Processing client transactions and handling day-to-day admin with accuracy.
  • Supporting the operation of production equipment including 3D printers, laser engravers, and 3D scanners as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong working knowledge of jewellery design and manufacturing — you understand how pieces are made and can speak to clients with authority.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities at once without letting quality or deadlines slip.
  • Excellent client-facing skills — you’re professional, responsive, and genuinely enjoy building relationships.
  • Familiarity with Rhino 3D (working knowledge, not expert level).
  • Sharp organisational skills and genuine attention to detail.
  • A willingness to get stuck in.

What We Offer

  • A role at the centre of a growing operation where your contribution is visible and valued.
  • Real career development — as we grow, so do the opportunities for our team.
  • A creative, fast-paced workshop environment surrounded by skilled craftspeople and the latest technology.
  • A generous holiday package to support work-life balance.
