The duties and responsibilities for the Bartender include, but are not limited to the following:

• Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service.
• Serve menu items to guests promptly and courteously, according to established service standards.
• Take reservations by telephone, greet guests, systematically record food and drink orders, and serve in an organized manner.
• Control all liquor per company standards (pouring, restaurant, room service, par stocks, and requisitions).
• Prepare drinks with proper recipes, glassware, and garnishes.
• Ensure station is stocked for shift, and maintain work areas in a clean and safe condition at all times.
• Adhere to all cleaning and side duty schedules, completing all assigned duties.
• Know all menus and promote food and beverage items to guests.
• Handle cash and credit transactions as per company standards.
• Arrive at the table within 3 minutes of guest seating, greet in a friendly manner, and inform the guest of your name and daily features.
• Open and close the bar according to standards (cleanliness, proper stocking, organization).
