This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Whitwell-on-the-Hill office. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are mandatory office days. Due to the beautiful remote location, access to your own transport is essential. This is a full-time position, however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week).

Salary: £30,000 p.a. Fixed term contract for 12 months.

About the role: The purpose of this role is to own and grow Inntravel’s social media presence, planning and delivering engaging paid and organic campaigns that increase brand awareness, expand our audience and inspire customers to book our holidays. Alongside this, the role will provide support across paid search and SEO initiatives to ensure a joined-up digital marketing approach.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day management and performance of Inntravel’s social media channels, ensuring all activity aligns with brand and commercial objectives.
  • Plan, create and deliver paid and organic social campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram and other channels when required.
  • Develop and manage the monthly social content calendar, working closely with the wider team.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on social media performance, sharing insights and recommendations across the business.
  • Lead the social media test-and-learn programme, identifying opportunities to optimise creative, audiences and channel performance.
  • Use tools such as Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager to manage campaigns, audiences and reporting.
  • Monitor competitor and industry activity to identify trends and best practice.
  • Grow and nurture Inntravel’s social communities and drive the acquisition of high-quality contacts.
  • Work with the wider team to ensure social traffic lands on relevant, high-converting pages.
  • Support Senior Digital Manager with PPC and other paid media activity, assisting with campaign implementation, reporting and optimisation.
  • Assist with onsite and technical SEO initiatives, including content optimisation, metadata updates and the implementation of SEO recommendations.
  • Be a brand ambassador – help to build the profile of the marketing team and using digital channels to create a brand that is understood and loved by customers.
  • Be accountable – create campaigns that set and deliver results, on time and budget.
  • Set the pace – create positive energy, find ways through blockers and take everyone along with you.
  • Help us to make good decisions – with critical thinking and an analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insight; building a rich and relevant understanding of our customer and the market.

  • Experience working with CRMs for building marketing campaigns, audience segments and analysis.
