Due to the beautiful remote location access to your own transport is essential. This is a fulltime position however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week). Salary: 30000 Fixed term contract for 6 months. About the role: This roles mainresponsibility will be to assist the Sales Managers with the daily operations of the department including: Managing reporting systems to ensure the department functions smoothly. Aiding the Team Leaders during training sessions. Identifying process improvementsand supporting withimplementing processes to boost performance andincrease efficiency and effectiveness. Promoting continuous improvement with the endtoend service for our customers and travel partners. Supporting with various projects ensuring they meet deadlines stay within budget and achieve the desired outcomes. Collaborating with other departments to align project goals with the companys strategic objectives. Helping the Team Leaders with onboarding new team members. Addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle and finding effective solutions to implement. Reduce onboarding and training time for new team membersand assist withdelivering training. Supporting the Team Leaders in cascading information to the sales team. Assisting with daytoday sales operations including managing data and ensuring smooth workflow. Creating and maintaining documentation relating to sales processes project plans and training materials. Experience with managing budgets and keeping the projects within financial constraints. Understanding of salesjourneys. Flexible and adaptableto changes and unexpected challenges. Experience of building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders. Attention to detail and accurate. Experience of workingtowards achieving goals.
