Main objective

The main objective of this role is to deliver an innovative and efficient venue finding service for conferences, meetings and events that exceeds client’s expectations every time. Strive to ‘get it right the first time’ for the client and achieve the best commercial result for Inntel on every booking.

Must Haves

  • Industry working knowledge and experience – eg. agency background in and/or venue conference office/reservations/venue reception experience
  • Good understanding of MS Office and Excel
  • A supportive and proactive team player
  • Confident/friendly personality which is portrayed on the telephone and face to face
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a genuine interest in achieving the best result for the customer
