Inntel Ltd is seeking a motivated individual to join the LOGi C Helpdesk team as an apprentice, delivering first line support for our online tools and clients across multiple channels.

You will log, track and resolve tickets and escalate where needed while building technical knowledge.

You will follow the Digital & AI Support Level 3 Apprenticeship with QA, supported by a workplace mentor and QA tutors, with protected learning time each week.
