Customer Service is at the forefront of this role, as you will be the first point of contact for our clients and suppliers, so if you are ready to bring your A‑game and a consistent approach to exceptional client handling, keep reading!

The successful candidate will be one of a team of Business Travel Administrators that share the wider duties of the role, reporting into a Team Leader. The role includes email management, high volumes of call handling, reporting, project work, as well as providing departmental support across all areas of the business. Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage all incoming calls, managing expectations at all times
  • Log all incoming accommodation and travel requirements and provide information on turnaround times
  • Monitor all incoming email inboxes, loading new enquiries/amendments and responding to and forwarding on emails as required
  • Operate the chat box/WhatsApp function on Inntel’s booking tool
  • Create client profiles and manage client databases
  • Process VCC (virtual credit card) payments for bookings
  • Support all client implementation plans as required
  • Assist in the training of new starters from other departments
  • Support with any specific projects and general reviews as required
  • Support with Audits, H&S and Compliance checks
  • Practice total quality commitment, to the mutual benefit of the company and its clients
  • Any other office support tasks as required
