The Innsworth Partnership are seeking to employ a teaching assistant to work within our Nest provision at the Infant School. This role will also include support for SEND children at lunchtime. Your role will involve supporting children's progress within a caring, safe and supportive environment.

Ideal Candidate

  • Have knowledge and experience of working with SEND children in the infant phase
  • Have a good working knowledge of strategies to help children self-regulate
  • Be committed to supporting children’s engagement with learning
  • Passionate about developing strategies that enable children to make progress
  • Be able to build positive relationships with pupils and parents
