The Innsworth Partnership are seeking to employ an admin assistant to be based initially at the Juniors but to also work at the Infant school as required.

Our ideal candidate will be able to:
- Carry out a variety of office duties on the front desk, greeting visitors, managing communication by email, phone and other school systems, booking appointments, ordering school lunches
- Assist with pupil attendance, checking registers and monitoring attendance and punctuality
- Have good communication & organisation skills and be able to cope with conflicting demands, deadlines and interruptions
- Assist with finance and staffing tasks
- Promote the highest standards of behaviour in line with school policy
- Operate effectively within a team
- Have a calm and confident manner
