The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Mission: Manage group price requests for accounts assigned to the M&E, BT and Travel Agent sales network and from centralised MICE channels (meliapro.com and CVent), responding to each request within the time limits defined by M&E to generate group business for company hotels.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure appropriate follow‑up for all budgeted leads with both the hotel and the client to convert as many groups as possible.
  • Provide hotel information such as technical sheets, brochures, promotional packages, etc. to clients and accompany them on hotel site inspections.
  • Receive and attend to all group requests that come from Account Managers and centralized channels, responding to them as required by standards and within the time period defined.
  • Implement the price quotation process applying the standards and tools for each group or event request based on the customer profile, their needs and their language.
  • Monitor price quotes based on whether they are sent direct to the customer or through the Account Manager.
  • Encourage site inspection for potential groups to increase the chances of conversion.
  • Coordinate site inspections with hotels and clients and follow up with hotels on the results of the visit.
  • Give visibility to sustainable attributes in the customer relationship under the instructions of the marketing & branding department.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or similar.
  • Fluent in English; additional Spanish and Italian preferred.
  • Excellent personal presentation.
  • Great ability to communicate and negotiate.
  • Knowledge of PMS Opera Cloud and Focus tools.
  • Availability to travel.
