What does the role involve:
As Innserve continues to deliver against its ambitious strategy, we are seeking an organised individual to take ownership of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance, administration, data, and support the HSE Manager. You will maintain key HSE systems, records, equipment, and action trackers ensuring information remains accurate, up-to-date and readily available. Supporting incident and hazard reporting processes, you will also coordinate training and compliance records, and assist with the delivery of HSE projects and improvement initiatives.
What are we looking for:
- Someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys bringing structure and control to busy processes.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proven attention to detail
- Proficient in PC packages including databases, MS Word, Excel and more
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Comfortable following up actions and obtaining responses from colleagues at all levels
- Experience in maintaining records, trackers, or databases
- Experience working in administrative, compliance, or coordination role
- Experience using business management systems and databases
- An interest in health, safety, environmental or compliance activities.
- Experience in HSE processes is useful but not essential as training will be given.
