Responsibilities
Your typical day as an Area Manager: In this fast‑paced role, you will be responsible for all technician activity in your area including installations and project work. You'll provide strong leadership by monitoring costs and performance targets, coaching and guiding your team and maintaining consistently high service levels while ensuring adherence to health and safety measures. You’ll enjoy a fast‑paced environment with a growing range of clients within our industry leading teams. Your expertise will help influence productivity and you will be a key colleague as we grow and transform. Previous hands‑on experience as a mechanical/electrical engineer in field service is preferred. You will be welcomed into a team of specialists who are passionate about “Keeping Britain Pouring” and who will do anything and everything they can for our customers and each other.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar industry with an engineering background (mechanical, electrical, plumbing or equivalent).
- Demonstrable skills in managing/coaching guiding a team, setting and monitoring KPOs.
- Experience understanding and interrogating data allowing for correct decision making.
- Developing a team to improve performance.
- Ability to build effective relationships with multiple stakeholders/customers.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and ensure that they are adhered to.
- Experience managing a remote team of field service engineers or technicians.
- Previous experience of improving team performance including productivity & enhancing a team culture.
- Previous experience of the drinks dispense or hospitality industry is ideal but training will be given.
