Role Description
As a Smart Dispense Technician, you’ll be visiting a range of bars and restaurants to complete detailed technical and quality health checks and support with outstanding customer service. Our Technicians are the front line of our customer service operations—your day is planned from your home postcode, and you will build effective relationships with our key customers, sanitising, servicing and maintaining drinks dispense equipment. You’ll liaise closely with our planning team and receive full support, training, and guidance as you start your career with us. This is our entry‑level position and progression is encouraged.
Qualifications
- A full UK driving licence.
- Hospitality/Bar/Drinks Dispense experience is useful but not essential – we give comprehensive training.
- The ability to work independently, remotely, and be determined to succeed, deliver a great customer experience, with a positive can‑do attitude.
- Need to live within a 10‑mile radius of the advertised postcode.
