Your typical day as an Installations Planner:
Our Customer Service Centre Installation Planners are the heart of our planning operation for our field-based Installation Technicians. No two days are the same! You’ll act as a first point of contact for Innserve’s technicians, team managers and customers. Your role in planning and organising their daily activities such as maintenance or installation visits is a key Innserve service. You’ll take the lead in speaking to our customers to ensure they are ready for the technician’s visit. You will be comfortable working to agreed timescales to ensure work is completed by the expected date.
You’ll already have:
- Confident communication skills, by phone, email, in person and webchat, and an ability to build effective business relationships with stakeholders including field engineers and customers.
- Experience in administration, CRM Systems, MS Office including Excel, customer service, call centre or contact centre.
- The flexibility to support colleagues and to work with changing priorities, to achieve the wider team goals.
- Strong attention to detail, be organised, self-motivated and can work independently with the ability to plan and prioritise workloads with a structured approach.
- The desire to be a strong team player who wants to succeed and deliver excellence.
- Licenced trade/brewery/beer dispense/drinks dispense knowledge is useful but not essential.
