We are a growing team of drinks dispense industry specialists, installing and maintaining drinks dispense equipment at over 90,000 licensed premises across the UK, including concerts, festivals, racecourses, stadiums and arenas. In this full‑time permanent role, you will deliver customer service excellence as a Smart Dispense Technician.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary: £28,346.22 per annum (London weighting applies within the M25).

Job Responsibilities
- Visit a range of bars and restaurants to perform detailed technical and quality health checks, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Sanitise, service and maintain drinks dispense equipment.
- Build effective relationships with key customers and receive full support, training and guidance from the planning team.
- Work independently, remotely, and determine success with a positive can‑do attitude.
Qualifications & Skills
- Full UK driving licence.
- Hospitality/Bar/Drinks dispense experience is useful but not essential – comprehensive training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and deliver a great customer experience.
