Position Installations Planner – Full‑time (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday). Hybrid office‑based role with a minimum of three days in the office each week.

Typical Day

The heart of our planning operation: act as the first point of contact for Innserve’s technicians, team managers and customers, organising daily activities such as maintenance or installation visits, speaking with customers to ensure readiness for technician visits, and managing time‑scales to meet expected completion dates.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Manage time‑scales and ensure work is completed by the expected dates.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Confident communication skills (phone, email, in‑person and webchat) and ability to build effective business relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in administration, CRM systems, MS Office (including Excel), customer service, call centre or contact centre.
  • Flexibility to support colleagues and adapt to changing priorities to achieve team goals.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, self‑motivation and ability to work independently with a structured approach.
  • Desire to be a strong team player focused on success and excellence.
  • Licence trade/brewery/beer dispense/drinks dispense knowledge useful but not essential.

Full time hours (35 per week) Monday to Friday.
