Are you interested in a customer service centre based training specialist role with a difference? This is a Permanent, Full time role working 35 hours per week: Mon to Fri.

What does the CSC Training Specialist role involve?
The Training Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance of circa 150 customer service colleagues, delivering training across our customer service functions within our Customer Support Centre. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on need analysis and delivery; improving colleague proficiency and performance, impacting efficiency and customer experience. Collaborating with key stakeholders you will drive employee engagement, ensuring our colleagues can confidently navigate systems, adhere to best practice and consistently meet service level agreements. Your role is key in contributing to a positive work environment, driving increased customer satisfaction, operational excellence and a capable, motivated workforce.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular analysis to identify training needs and performance gaps.
- Designing training content which upskills, meets identified needs and enhances query resolution and colleague proficiency.
- Regular delivery of training to customer service colleague groups.
You’ll already have:
- Proven experience in a Customer Service/Call Centre environment - ideally in a training delivery role with equivalent experience of training coordination and training content design.
- Substantial experience of hands-on training delivery - experience conducting group training sessions.
- Demonstrable experience of creating engaging, relevant training course content to address pre-identified gaps.
- Experience of conducting business analysis in order to identify training priorities and inform training content.
- Process and system training, with a background in training employees on technical systems, software platforms and operational workflows.
- Data driven decision-making experience, with skills in systems including Excel, Teams and Powerpoint.
