Your typical day as Events Manager: Youll join our team of experts, planning and delivering major events, providing quotes. Spearheading event planning, you\’ll ensure resources are utilised effectively, to deliver profitable, highest quality events within agreed timescales. You\’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, managing customer relationships. The Events Manager will attend site UK wide, for build/removal where necessary, collaborating with our technicians to ensure quality installations. You will provide analysis, data and solutions for continuous improvement. You will have leadership skills, guiding and engaging direct reports and ensuring they display our company values when representing Innserve with clients. Utilising our internal provision for stock ordering and control, you will ensure timely delivery and management of equipment for a successful event every time. As a solutions driven leader, you will work closely with a range of skilled colleagues to ensure a seamless service to our customers, developing continuous improvements and building on your existing skills and expertise. Youll already have: Ideally, a background in events, hospitality or similar. Confidence in communicating and an ability to form positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers. Proven commercial acumen with the ability to motivate and influence others. Strong planning, organisation and communication skills Strong attention to detail, be organised, self-motivated and can multitask or work independently with the ability to plan and prioritize workloads with a structured approach. The ability to stay cool under pressure. Preferable: An understanding of the hospitality/licensed trade would be a distinct advantage, but not essential Full UK driving licence.
