We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the relaunch of a 129-bedroom upper-scale lifestyle hotel in the Oxfordshire/Cotswolds area. This is a rare opportunity to front the UK debut of an international lifestyle hotel brand, shaping the team, culture and guest experience from the ground up.

The hotel will be neighbourhood-led, locally connected and full of personality, with a strong restaurant offer and a clear focus on creating a distinctive experience for both guests and the team alike.

The successful candidate will bring proven hotel leadership experience, preferably with opening, relaunch or rebranding exposure, and the confidence to build a high-performing team around a new brand proposition. Beyond the day-to-day, this is a role with real creative and commercial weight. The person who steps into it will leave a lasting impression on how this brand is experienced in the UK for years to come.

The role is supported by InnPractice, a high-performance hospitality partner whose senior leadership team brings extensive experience across global hotel brands, operators, asset management and hospitality advisory.

The ideal candidate should have previous General Manager or senior hotel leadership experience, preferably within an upper-scale, lifestyle, boutique or full-service hotel environment.
