As a Client Asset Finance Administrator, you will be contributing to our vision to be recognised as the market leading provider of services to the UK’s property sector. This role reports to the Client Asset Team Leader as part of the wider Estates Finance department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing of all required demands to customers
- Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all material to clients through our print delivery solution
- Reconciling all associated client accounts and posting of receipts to our database
- Assisting with payments to client and customer refunds
- Maintenance of data held for owners, properties, units, and leaseholders
- Timely resolution of queries in accordance with SLA’s
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required within the Client Asset Services function
Skills and Experience:
- Good team player
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Numerate
- Computer literacy (particularly Excel) is essential
- Accurate with strong attention to detail
- Use of initiative in problem solving
