Main Purpose of Job
Delivering an effective and professional Asset Management service to stakeholders, you will undertake varying administrative duties associated with property asset management. This includes processing property transfers and dealing with legal documents, reviewing and administering consent applications, and acquiring a sound understanding of lease extensions and enfranchisements. You will support dedicated teams to provide a professional and efficient first point of contact for customer and solicitor enquiries including but not limited to ground rent charges, sub-letting, managing agent disputes, insurance charges and Leasehold Reform Act.

Reporting to the Asset Portfolio Manager.
Main Responsibilities
- Administration of property transfers and re-mortgages
- Administration of consent applications
- Providing first point of contact for customer and solicitor enquiries (written and verbal)
- Liaising with Residential Management Companies, leaseholders, solicitors & clients as necessary
- Building relationships with Asset Managers & providing assistance on technical and complex queries
- Liaising with Asset Managers
- Ensuring covenants of the Registered Lease are complied with
- Ensuring all fees and documentation are dealt with in accordance with policy guidelines
- Prioritising and actioning own workload
- Ad-hoc duties as necessary
Skills & Experience
- Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines
- Enthusiastic team player
- Well-developed organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software with excellent IT skills, social-media savvy and up to date with new technology
- Confident, articulate communicator – both orally and in writing; able to build relationships with all employees, from site-based colleagues to directors
- Possess a 'can do' attitude with a confident approach to ownership and accountability
- Experience of communicating with external and internal customers
- Logical thinker/problem solver
