Company Description

The role of Non-Executive Advisor accepts applications from the UK, Europe, USA and Australasia and is home/office based. INNOVO Innovation Vehicles (IVs) are independently funded with access to $00m of capital and are set up by INNOVO Innovation alongside multi-$bn corporate organisations. The IVs immediately connect and leverage the corporate's customers, brand, operations and infrastructure with a stream of proven external innovations, new products, new technologies and new income streams. INNOVO's financial operations are to be handled by one of the 'Big 4' accountancy firms and audited by another of the 'Big 4', giving INNOVO global reach immediately. Although INNOVO is headquartered in the UK, its operations are international and its transactions are in US$. A Vehicle with a $10bn corporate partner is projected to have revenues of $650m and high profits because the external innovations are proven and deployed immediately at corporate scale. To date, INNOVO Innovation has established in excess of a dozen IVs representing different industry verticals and sectors, with more in the pipeline.

Job Description

Role of a Non-Executive Adviser encompasses three primary areas of activity:

  • Helping to build INNOVO by introducing organisations, individuals and/or investors.
  • Leveraging INNOVO's very wide range of services to add value to the Adviser's employer.
  • Participate to a greater or lesser extent in some of the extensive range of activities that INNOVO is involved in.

All of INNOVO's activities generate funds for good causes and this is a further area of potential involvement. You can also contribute to the strategic direction of INNOVO and its Innovation Vehicles as well as helping with problem solving. This role is Non-Executive Adviser; it is not a Non-Executive Directorship. As such, the Adviser role does not carry the onerous responsibilities associated with being a Director.

Qualifications

The Person: You are likely to currently be in a senior management position in the private, public or non-profit sectors. Innovation and new technologies affect every organisation of every size in every sector. It is not necessary for you to have any knowledge of advanced technologies but an interest in commercialising innovation is essential.

As a Non-Executive Adviser, if you introduce an organisation or individual to us, you get a fair share of the value added from the introduction. Currently, introductions trigger the following shares of value for you:

  • Investor introduction: 2.5% of investment in cash plus 5% in CBUs (a form of stock options).
  • Corporate introductions: 5% of the equity in an Innovation Vehicle arising.
  • Commercial introductions to INNOVO Network: 4% of the INNBATEs arising for 2 years.
  • Introducing talent: 10% of the first year's income.

Your introductions also yield a share of value for good causes.
