Innovo Developments is a forward-thinking property development company based in London. We are seeking an organised, proactive and professional Front Office Supervisor to ensure the smooth running of our office operations while delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience.

About the Role

As the Front Office Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day office functions, coordinate facilities and support services, deliver a high-quality reception experience, and provide administrative assistance to the Development Team.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Facilities Management

- Oversee and coordinate daily office operations and support staff

- Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers

- Procure office supplies, equipment and services

- Maintain excellent office presentation in line with company standards

- Implement and monitor health & safety and compliance procedures

- Support office repairs, improvements and space planning

Front of House / Reception

- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and visitors

- Maintain a tidy, polished and inviting reception area

- Liaise with building security to ensure smooth visitor access

Administrative & Team Support

- Provide administrative assistance to the Development Team

- Manage complex diaries, schedules and meeting coordination

- Organise domestic and international travel logistics

- Prepare agendas, distribute materials and book meeting rooms

- Assist with formatting, printing and general project-related admin

About You

Skills & Competencies

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Highly organised with strong multitasking ability

- Friendly, welcoming and professional manner

- Strong attention to detail and discretion

- Competent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience & Qualifications

- Prior administrative or office support experience

-Experience as Office Manager

-Experience as Executive Assistant

- Bachelor’s degree / Higher Education
