Role Purpose
To implement and monitor Innovo Infrastructure’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) systems on-site, ensuring compliance with legal, contractual, and company requirements to protect people, property, and the environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct daily site inspections and monitor high-risk activities.
- Ensure risk assessments and permits to work are in place and followed.
- Deliver HSE inductions and toolbox talks for all site personnel and subcontractors.
- Monitor environmental compliance and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Maintain HSE records, incident reports, and investigation files.
- Enforce use of PPE and safe working practices.
- Coordinate with storekeepers for HSE-approved materials and equipment.
- Support the preparation and implementation of monthly HSE training schedules.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- NEBOSH certification mandatory.
- 3–5 years’ HSE experience in GCC construction/infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, and UAE HSE regulations.
- Strong observation, reporting, and influencing skills.
