A Quality Manager is required on a 6‐month contract to lead and improve quality management across our manufacturing/automation operations, ensuring products and processes meet customer, regulatory, and internal standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g. ISO 9001).
- Develop and implement quality control and assurance processes across manufacturing/automation lines.
- Monitor production processes, conduct internal audits, and oversee inspections and testing activities to ensure product conformity.
- Investigate non‐conformances, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Candidate profile:
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer within a manufacturing and/or automation environment.
- Strong knowledge of QMS and quality tools (e.g. ISO 9001, FMEA, 8D, SPC, root cause analysis).
- Track record of improving processes, reducing defects, and implementing robust quality controls in production settings.
