Are you an ambitious engineer ready to take the next step into project management? I’m currently recruiting for a Junior Project Manager to join a fast-growing engineering automation company based in Nottingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a mechanical or electrical engineering background who wants to move into a client-facing, leadership-oriented role. Full training and a structured career development plan are provided – all you need is the right foundation and drive.
What we’re looking for:
- A qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Some exposure to an industrial, automation, or manufacturing environment (desirable).
- Great communication and organisational skills – this is a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support technical problem-solving during project execution.
- Ensure smooth and timely handover to clients and internal service teams.
