Job Description QHSE Technician We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QHSE Technician to join our team and drive quality excellence. The ideal candidate will be committed to promoting a safety-first culture and ensuring the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance. Key Responsibilities – Maintain a visible presence on the shop floor, proactively identifying and addressing quality issues – Conduct regular product and process inspections to ensure conformity to quality standards – Perform site and process inspections to maintain compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 Standards – Manage QHSE documentation, maintaining accurate records of incidents, audits, and compliance reports – Provide QHSE inductions and promote awareness across the organization – Investigate root causes of quality issues and lead corrective and preventive actions – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct risk assessments and drive continuous improvement Education – IOSH / NEBOSH or similar certifications preferred (happy to train up) – Background in manufacturing, engineering, or production environments an advantage Required Skills – Excellent communication and relationship-building abiliti…
